Who We Are
In 1980 Troy Glasco arrived in Brenham and began a small lawn business while attending Blinn College. He grew up maintaining a golf course founded by his father and developed an interest in landscaping. His love for the business and the community kept him in Brenham. Through his belief in hard work, integrity and vision he grew that small lawn service into the full service landscape company you see today, where loyalty and customer satisfaction are key.Glasco & Co. is an enthusiastic team committed to the pursuit of total satisfaction for our customers and our employees. We will achieve this by understanding the expectations of the customer and meeting or exceeding these expectations. The highest degree of honesty and integrity will always be maintained by Glasco & Co. Landscaping.

Troy Glasco, President & CEO
In 1980 Troy Glasco arrived in Brenham and began a small lawn business while attending Blinn College. He grew up maintaining a golf course founded by his father and developed an interest in landscaping. His love for the business and the community kept him in Brenham. Through his belief in hard work, integrity and vision he grew that small lawn service into the full service landscape company you see today, where loyalty and customer satisfaction are key. Troy and his wife of 28 years, Tami, have 3 beautiful daughters and 2 amazing son-in-laws; Tori & Colin Bryan, Haley Glasco and Paige & Nathan Meyer. His passion is his Savior, Jesus Christ, whom he gives full credit for every blessing in his life. He serves faithfully in his church and has a heart for missions. He is dedicated to his family and most enjoys spending time with them.
Troy and his wife of 28 years, Tami, have 3 beautiful daughters and 2 amazing son-in-laws; Tori & Colin Bryan, Haley Glasco and Paige & Nathan Meyer. Dusty Robinson, Maintenance Superintendent & Turf Management Specialist
Dusty has been with Glasco & Co. since January of 2004. He serves as a Service Account Representative, Irrigation Maintenance Division Manager and Lawn Care Division Manager. Dusty graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy (Turfgrass Science) and a minor in Horticulture. He completed a Master of Science in Agronomy from Texas A&M University in May 2005. He is a member of the Texas Turfgrass Association and a Licensed Pesticide Applicator in the State of Texas since 2000. His previous experience includes managing the daily operations of the Texas A&M University Turfgrass Research Station, undergraduate student worker on the Texas A&M Athletic Field Staff, and owning his own lawn maintenance service through high school and junior college. He is happily married to Missy who owns & operates Moosefeathers Floral and takes care of their 3 sons.

Scott Schroeder, Maintenance Superintendent
Scott was born and raised in Brenham, TX. He attended Texas A&M University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture in 1987. His career started in Dallas, working for landscape companies, specializing in interior and exterior landscape installation and maintenance. In 1995, he married Brenham native, Tricia Thielemann. In 2000, he and Tricia were blessed with triplets and decided to move back to Brenham. Scott began working with Glasco & Co. in 2001 as a Landscape Supervisor. He has since moved to the Maintenance department as a Service Account Representative. He is a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and some of his past accomplishments include, ALCA Grand Award Winner-Plaza of the Americas, Dallas, TX, 1993; ALCA Best Project Award-Westmoreland Mall, Greensburg, PA, 1994 and ALCA Best Project Award-Embassy Suites Hotel, Dallas, TX, 2001. He enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He is actively involved in his church and loves spending time with family.

Debbie Robinson, Accounting
Debbie Robinson came to Glasco & Co. Landscaping in May of 2001. She attended, both, Sam Houston State University and University of Houston, where she completed her degree in Accounting. Debbie has over 20 years of experience in her field, with a construction and manufacturing background. She is a resident of Burton, Texas and is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys gardening and bird watching in her spare time.
Melissa Flowers, Landscape Designer & Horticulturist
Melissa has been with Glasco's since June of 2006. She is responsible for landscape design, computer-aided drafting, estimating, and ordering plant material. She also enjoys working outdoors where she grows a variety of plants in our greenhouse. Prior to this, Melissa worked at the former Glasco's Gardens and Gifts in the garden center for 5 years. Since graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Floriculture in 1992, she worked in other retail garden centers in the area before joining the Glasco's team. She enjoys gardening at her home in Brenham with her husband and son.
Sydni Wells, Receptionist
Sydni was born in Brenham where she has lived for most of her life. She graduated from Blinn College with an Associates of Arts in English in 1997. In October 1999, Sydni and Jeromie were married and began their family in November, 2001. They have 2 daughters that are actively involved in sports and gymnastics in the community. She is a Girl Scouts leader for her daughters Brownie Troop and a T-Ball coach. Sydni enjoys spending time with her family, being a member of Champion Fellowship, reading and being around friends!
Tami Mitz, Office & Greenhouse Assistant
Tami started with Glasco & Co. in July 2007 as Receptionist. Currently, she works in the greenhouse and with various projects in the office. She is originally from Mississippi and graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1998. She has held positions with an accounting firm, several ranches and also helped maintain her family's business. She and her husband, Carl, moved to the Brenham area in the summer of 2000. In 2004, they were blessed with their only son. Tami's interests include spending time with her family and friends, riding horses and enjoying the outdoors.
