Troy Glasco -
President & CEO
Troy Glasco lives in Brenham, Texas where he has been a
resident for most of his adult life. He became interested in
landscaping while working and performing maintenance for a Golf
Course. Troy started his own business in 1980 under the
business name of ‘The Maintainer’. He worked for two years on
his own and began hiring additional employees to maintain
commercial and residential landscapes in the Brenham area. His
small landscaping business paid his way through school. He later
married Tami, his wife of 24 years, began his family and renamed
his company Glasco & Co. Landscaping, Inc. He continued to
serve the community over the years, moved his landscape office
to the present location in 1995, and opened the Garden Center in
1999. In 2000, Troy and his wife Tami along with their three
daughters opened the Gift Shop which was located downtown and
relocated to 601 North Horton in 2002 which is the present
location.
Troy is a devoted
father and husband who enjoys spending time with his family,
golf, his commitment to church, and he has also served on the
board of the Chamber of Commerce.
Troy holds
certifications as a Texas Certified Landscape Professional, a
Licensed Irrigator, Retainer Wall Construction and is a
Certified Lighting Technician. Glasco & Co. Landscaping, Inc.
is a member of Texas Nursery Landscape Association and the
Washington County Chamber of Commerce. |
